They showed a mother at the end of the game that brought her sleeping kid to the game. She had a real sad look like she was going to be reported for child abuse.took my son to the game tonight, and that was the worst performance I've seen them play live in the McDavid-era so thanks a lot and f*** you Oilers organization
-they started good in the first 10 minutes...then a rancid giveaway by Drai and it started going downhill, he was awful tonight perhaps his worst of the season
-that 2-1 goal was so bad Skinner that is laughing at Pickard
-poor defensive game AGAIN...they gave up a breakaway in the first 5 minutes, they haven't learned a goddamn lick
-something is off about this team....this line-up screams "6-game exit in the playoffs to the Kings" this year...old, slow, no emotion, cant score and get a save....maybe they're exhausted from the long season last year?
Friday afternoon. At what point are the playoffs in question?
Its one of the reasons I say that Podz has completely accepted his NHL career is over. Guy is a ghost now. Not that anybody is going to take on Gudas but the role aspect has been completely forgotten. Only guys that fought for months now seems to be Perry. Should be embarrassing to the younger turks. How does no one go after Gudas after a pretty questionable hit to the head on Hyman. It’s a blowout. A popular teammate takes a dirty shot. And nothing.
Good to see you back.I should take another month off.
Thing is I watch teh games anyway so not saving from that pain.
This roster is so flawed, peaked early, now bone tired lineup going down the stretch. Slow and old team getting worse.
Tonight we saw youth and speed just undress us. Not like the Oilers could even do much about it. GEtting beat to pucks all night and getting outskated all night.
Connor Brown symbolic of how much this team sucks and how slow it is. Thought he was supposed to be getting healthy at some point. Lately this is looking like last season Connor Brown. Actually all of 2025 he's been more than awful.
The EV score tonight 6-0, at home. Oilers got their doors blown off.
The team likely wouldn’t cycle through coaches if they took goaltending seriously. Hard to tell what the system looks like when junk is always going in.I’m not watching another game unless we trade for a goalie or it’s game 1 of the second round. This team is going nowhere. This cities f***ing stupid media defending the goaltending and the goalie coach like they are family. It’s absolutely baffling.
This org will crucify and fire a coach after 135 games because of a bad season start but we get constant awful goaltending and the guy in charge of it is immune to every ounce of criticism. Good god.
I'm not saying the goalies played well by any means but these are incredibly misleading as the Oilers fired muffin after muffin into the goalie's crest. The way they played defensively in the first was atrocious. All the Ducks had to do from there was coast.
I'm not saying we don't need a goaltending upgrade, but no need to absolve the rest of this stinky roster either. They're just not that impressive.Give it up, Keith. We know the team is playing like shit in every facet, but you know in your heart of hearts, we need a new goalie and sticking with the two stooges is throwing in the towel, so just say it with me...get a f***ing goalie.

Its the thing that the team doesn't really get rewarded for all the work they put in when they do it. Still getting beat in some games they should win and with a #1 goalie that has an abysmal .500 record this season. The team likely wouldn’t cycle through coaches if they took goaltending seriously. Hard to tell what the system looks like when junk is always going in.
Emberson. About all I got to add to list. Several former Oilers doing quite well..So.... who is having a good year for the Oilers? Leon Draisaitl, Corey Perry, Brett Kulak? And ??? Wow, the fact that they're 14 games over .500 is a miracle considering that 90% of the roster is either at or well below their career norms or just suck.
It’s almost insulting how much Edmonton media tries to tell us goaltending isn’t an issue when every possible way of measuring a goaltenders performance says it is.
McDavid has to be weighing his options at this point.So.... who is having a good year for the Oilers? Leon Draisaitl, Corey Perry, Brett Kulak? And ??? He can take his great leadership and defence elsewhere, if that's the case.If McDavid asks out, these clowns might not want to stick around in Edmonton judging from how passionate the Oilers fanbase is. Just fire them. Avoid the blowback. People would be pissed the way this is going
They are an abject failure. Jackson wrote his ticket when he hired Bowman. Bowman then decided to put the finishing touches on this turd in August.
Just gotta make sure the defender hasn’t played all season and the forward won’t play for a while yet.Don’t worry boys, I’m sure acquiring bottom 6 forwards and bottom pairing Dmen will sort out the goaltending issues…
They won’t get out of the first round.Gotta look at the plus, if managment doesnt pick up a goalie after that game, we deserve to lose the cup
To START the third period several thousand seats looked to be empty. Tons empty in lower bowl. Complete rows of people that either left or never bothered getting out for tis one. Imagine having McDrai and somehow the org turns it into something like this.If McDavid asks out, these clowns might not want to stick around in Edmonton judging from how passionate the Oilers fanbase is. Right now. Vancouver is 9 points behind with a game in hand. The Oilers are about as good as a .300 hockey team right now, even St Louis is 6-2-2 over their last ten.At what point are the playoffs in question?
