Sometimes miracles
Woof terrible, but honestly the Oilers should probably wait them out, save assets and maybe things will improve, right? Is that how it goes, save the picks and maybe the goalies will just get better on their own.
At what point are the playoffs in question?
It would require a serious concerted effort by the Oilers to try and win hockey games. What has to happen for us to get a f***ing goalie?
Instead we will be in a wildcard spot by 1 point. To be clear, to collapse out of the playoffs after being 4th in the NHL on February 14 would be completely unprecedented.
Historic.
Which means his career with the Oilers is over. As is tradition.Savoie ends up a -4 mainly thanks to Draisaitl

I'm not saying the goalies played well by any means but these are incredibly misleading as the Oilers fired muffin after muffin into the goalie's crest. The way they played defensively in the first was atrocious. All the Ducks had to do from there was coast. Can we crowdfund enough money to buy out Dustin Schwartz's contract?
Also, management's personal hand puppets were trying to make Skinner with his .875 sound like the second coming of Roli...
Congrats, Stu, you played better than an AHL journeyman.
I don't want this getting lost in the shuffle of the GDT, so sharing this in here (I didn't post it originally):

Yeah yeah useless stat they say but… McDavid now has the lowest minus in the League since February
Someone on here was saying it’s a conspiracy to suggest he’s injured, but is it though? He’s looked awful all year
Goalies are bad, and this group looks like they are quitting on another coach
Could be seeing a retool in the near future
There are some peculiar items in this group of five-on-five stats.
Chief among them is this: Edmonton’s goalies are delivering a .872 save percentage with McDavid on the ice and a .923 when the captain is at rest. When Draisaitl is away from McDavid, his save percentage is .932 for this season.
That’s a massive gap. The Oilers are getting fed when McDavid is on the ice without Draisaitl. There’s no precedent for this, and the sample is large enough for us to question what’s going on.
