We now loss the last 3 games when the opponent was on a back-to-back. Habs. Jets. Oilers. f***ing shit.

Not only back-to-back opponents, but all 3 from a failed terrorist state that hasn't won a stanley cup since 1993.

The players own their lack of effort and execution but coaching deserves to be scrutinized.

From the refusal to avoid bad match-ups to the impotent powerplay, not much to write home about.

MacKinnon went to sleep after those two goals. Total floater in the defensive zone.

Makar not hitting anything with his shot.

The 44-49 pairing. I noticed that pairing saw one more shift in the third, that was it. I don’t know how many more f***ing times Bednar is going to put them out there before he gets it.

And obviously, THAT pairing saw a shift because of another moronic turnover by Middleton. Dude has no business on NHL ice. Period.

And of course…the power play. The Avs are damn lucky the Oilers power play wasn’t clicking either, though it looked far better.

Lastly, he was more than a little overwhelmed and outclassed by the opposition but even keeping that in mind…absolutely disastrous game by Kiviranta. Can’t turn the puck over like that, tired or not. Not to mention the Oilers were just walking around him every shift.

I actually didn’t think Mittelstadt looked horrid. Still not good enough by a long shot but…better. I’m reaching for a silver lining here.

Why do we care so much about individual awards?

29 played well, it's garbage to say otherwise. It was Blackwood, MacK and LOC. Everyone else was utter garbage.

I don’t really care to be honest. We’re not catching the top 3 teams in central anyway. I’m just hoping Mitts will get going again or we’ll get a new 2C and we do need some big help on defense. You can’t keep putting a pairing of Middleton and de Haan out there. Get healthy, stay healthy (a lot to ask) CMac still has ton of work to do if this team is gonna compete for the cup this year

I don't care about the award but I do care about his legacy.

Again, limiting his minutes or attempting to move him the 4th is not the right move. He needs his ass firmly planted up in the press box for a minimum of two games. They should probably check and see if they can get Tyler Arnasson to show up and talk him through the games, you know to emphasize the importance of competing for 60 minutes against Edmonton.

Kiviranta with a horrible turnover for their 2nd goal and stopped skating - literally you can see in real time him give up - on their 3rd goal.

It's why Kivi is a 12/13 forward. Yet on this team he's playing as a 3rd line tweener who gets occasional 2nd line time.

It's brutal.
