Did not think Domi would get this kind of money again after he left CBJ for nothing
Not shocked. I liked him, but Donny seems like he has a plan.
Not sure if he is one of the people you are referencing because I don't know the reference, but my guess is Bean.So the THIRD of six shoes (skates?) has fallen. Who's next?
Meh. He has a vision and buying out Boqvist and probably not qualifying Bean means he’s actually going to fix this shit defense in that vision. He’s doing the stuff Jarmo didn’t have a balls to do with his own acquisitions.Cutting Nylander makes the most sense of his moves so far

Especially Mark Scheifele.
I have no idea what Ottawa thinks about Brady Tkachuck or what is going on behind the scenes. I just know that he'd be a Hell of an asset here. What incentive do they have to move him? How we feel about Boone is how they feel about Brady, and he just extended long term.
I’ve had to close a lot of “player discussion” threads in recent days. Wonder if I’ll have to close anymore.
Not shocking. I like him more, but I understand not giving him his QO. 2.8 is a lot. I wish him luck at his next team.
He got minutes that our injured guys will take back while healthy, he was a 35 to maybe 40 point guy with them and offers nothing to the bottom 6. I think this was the easiest choice he hadI disagree with letting Nylander go. He came onto a bad team at the end of the season and immediately thrived. He looked like a rare exception as a guy who could actually succeed in this locale.
But it's not a hill to die on. Hard to bring in good players if you're clinging to mediocrity. Let's be real: None of these guys are All-Stars.
I’d be pretty damn happy with this.
Looking at a 3x3 based on AFP AnalyticsI’d be pretty damn happy with this.
