I don't remember that season very well but I don't remember hating him. I guess he was worse than I remember.

I hope the Rangers are inquiring about Burmistrov. If the price isn't outrageous, he would be a nice get to improve depth down the middle.

So do I. Not getting my hopes up, but I'd be ecstatic if we could pick him up

Jokinen has another year on his contract after this. Even with carolina taking some salary back, it's probably still more than we want to add to our cap.

Over utilized by Renney IMO. I thought he was an ok pick up though. Team just wasn't that good and he isn't the fastest skater. Still think he's a significantly better option than Hammer or Eminger.

The clowe trade is one of the top ones for this deadline imo. Significant move for the Rangers. Sather worked yesterday. He probably isn't looking for a huge move today unless it presents itself.
