I am all in on Bjorkstrand. Period. Do whatever we need to do to acquire him.
I don't disagree, but I think he's still on the short list of players to not be back. Now, if they happen to move some of the younger players or other players for an upgrade in the top 6, that makes it easier, but if the following group returns (with health, of course): Marchenko, Monahan, Voronkov, Fantilli, KJ, Jenner, Chinakhov, Sillinger... that's 8 of the top 9. Could LDBB also have played himself into a top 9 role next year? Again, I don't disagree that he could be back, but my opinion still stands that he is likely to be on the short list to not return without other movement being done. I simply don't see him on a line with the likes of Olivier, ZAR and whomever is the 4C or extra forward next year. Just my opinion, not my desire.Labanc, no chance. JVR? I wouldn't be so sure, he's been producing extremely well and is exactly the kinda guy we need around all the kids right now. If he's still interested in playing I could see us taking it year by year with him.

DBB and Culemann?
Would you risk the lotto ticket of Dumais on this?
