We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.
What This Means for You:
- If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
- If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
- Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. People said we should close it and we lost three straight.
Even the mere suggestion of closing it has ramifications.
Should we make the playoffs, I think we should keep this thread open throughout the entire postseason run.

Anaheim is only 5 points back amd are in the 9th seed. Still a chance at a top 10 pick. Very realistic too as the habs might only beat boston and maybe revenge vs philly in the next 2 weeks

You only need to be 11th last to have a lottery chance at #1, and we aren't far from that.
True. But its not like mtl will win the lottery. They arnt making the playoffs so just hoping for the best possible draft poaition pre lottery
