Official Tank Thread

  • Xenforo Cloud is doing server maintenance Thurdsay 13th at 9 AM GMT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.
  • We are currently aware of "log in/security error" issues that are affecting some users. We apologize and ask for your patience as we try to get these issues fixed.

Better trade Dvorak, Armia, Matheson and Savard soon To accelerate the tank this year. We could have 3 or 4 1st round picks.

Just looked at Jan’s schedule. They play the Hawks on the third and then could go Ofer the rest of the month.
 
Habs need to go down and draft star player to build around. Schafer or Martone. Trade several vets at deadline.

This playing well enough to finish 27th in league is worse possible scenario. You are bad but not terrible. But will never contend in future.

Rebuilds rarely work without a star.

Also, nothing worse than losing to Bettman's Penguins.

Trading Dvorak, Matheson and Savard now would slow the tank, they're that ineffective.
Armia is at least a wash - brings nothing, doesn't actually hurt either, net neutral.
 
Let's go all in for whoever is the best prospect in the next draft and McKenna in 26.......trade Suzy-Caufield and Monty, keep MSL and it's done......the way this rebuild is going Suzy and Caufield would need a walker when we're ready to compete anyway.

Hope they get run out of the building.

Season was over first week of November, so just go Ofer and go for Hagens. Sad, but this is the state of this sorry team.
