To continue my complaints about every round, it annoys me that Game 2 is Saturday instead of Friday. They're going to have played 1 game in a week by then. The United Center is open, and it's not on NBC either way and there isn't any travel. No NBA to compete with on either day.

But I won't miss any of the game if it's on Saturday, compared to about a period or so if it were on Friday.

Which is ultimately the reason they're doing it I'm sure. Friday is a deadzone for television for some reason where Saturday isn't. Just odd that they've got Wednesday's game on NBC but not Saturday's. Wonder what NBC has slated for Saturday instead.

Rask has been lights out, Bruins in 6. And as much as I hate them, I feel like the city of Boston deserves a happy time. Plus after they spanked us in 09, it was nice to see the Pens get dominated. But I also like the Hawks, especially Kane, so I can justify happiness either way.

Bruins in 5.

With that shell they've got around Rask, I don't see Chicago's offense breaking through.

Krecji or Rask with the Conn Smythe

I hear what you're saying, but man Boston fans do NOT need to become even more obnoxious.

I think it's going to be a tough series, but with Belichick signing Tebow, bringing god to the Bruins side, it's gonna be even tougher for the Hawks.

Chicago in 7.

I usually like when a "new" team wins a Cup, so I didn't think I'd be happy with either team winning, but now I'll be happy for either team. I don't "hate" too many teams, though, so I've pretty much been happy for every team that's won since '03 (come on, the Ducks were the team to cheer for there).

Certainly have a lot of respect for both teams, it's not like either team is the "wrong" team to be in the Finals, if you ask me it's the best team from each conference all year. I'll predict Hawks in 7, but I'm ever so slightly pulling for the Bruins and I'll be happy with any outcome as long as it's a good series.

I've been saying I was cheering for Chicago over Boston since it got down to 5 or so teams, but I just can't bring myself to jump off the Bruins ' bandwagon after that Game 7. Chicago had a great comeback themselves against Detroit, but Boston' s was all time awesome. Cheering for the Bruins, but this is a really tough series to call. I don't see how this is done in less than 7.

I'm from near Chicago originally and the Blackhawks are my original team. So Go Hawks! :yo: If the Canes can't make the finals, this is the next best thing in my book.

I love hockey players. 95% of the time, you can read the lips of the goal scorer saying "****ing right!" The other 5%", he says "nice ****ing pass!"

Ference accidentally angles a wide shot into his own net. Let's not sign this guy.

Boychuk however is very solid defensively, breaking up passes and throwing hits. I approve of a McBain for Boychuk trade.

Yeah, let's not sign a guy because he got unlucky in the Stanley Cup finals. Lets just ignore the rest of his career.

At the same time people want to give up on McBain for unluckily turning around and slapping the puck in his own net. The dude might not have lived up since his rookie season thus far, similarly to Skinner, but that's no reason to give up on his career. Defensemen take longer to develop and McBain is still fairly young.

Plus, another smurf for a defenseman is not what we need.
