There isn't one, but the guy is so bad at dealing with the media that he ends up manufacturing rumors/disbelief.

What rumours? What disbelief? What does everyone think is going on?

The Guerrero thing has become an unhealthy obsession by the Boston media

I hated when the media wrote that book about his fitness plan.

And it was obnoxious when the media made that internet mini-series he was featured in a million times.

As far as I'm concerned WEEI is lucky he is even back after one of their employees insulted his children. The lack of respect from Minihane today just justfies Why he shouldn't give these jerks the time of day

Minihane did nothing wrong. Was even trying to side with Brady when mentioned that he spoke with Guerro and was told by him that it is overblown.

You just hate the morning show...as you remind us pretty much on a daily basis

Ya well definitely going to defend a class act like Brady over a jerk like Minihane.

So because Brady did these things he has to divulge what went on with Belichick and Guerrero to make the media happy?

Why does anyone care what flight or where this guy watches the game from?

To me, it's just the media hoping they break some story nobody really cares about.

Brady made Guerrero a big deal. Tom Brady is solely responsible for that.

Then he acts like a petulant child when people treat Guerrero--and any problems he has directly or indirectly led to between Brady and Belichick--like a big deal.

You can't have it both ways, which is what he's trying to do. More confusing is how people (you included) pretend to act like you don't understand why people ask questions about him. It's a story because Brady made it a story. And it wouldn't be hard for him to diffuse the situation if he handled it with even a modicum of tact and guile.

No doubt Brady could have handled this better. However I don't expect him to throw either of these guys under the bus to satisfy the media. Whatever issues existed appear to be rectified and I don't get the obsession of having to know every detail.

The coach or owner to my knowledge have never addressed this issue. I guess I just don't care about this and can't understand
What Brady needs to answer for. I'm sure things bigger than this have happened over the years and somehow they managed to
Carry on without informing the media of every detail.

This is bull**** though, you see that right? It isn't an either/or situation. No one is saying he has to throw either guy under the bus. There are a hundred ways he can tactfully give a non-answer answer, or a very tactful response that acknowledges everything is okay (and always has been! he can even lie!).

As for why you can't understand why Brady needs to answer for it I've explained numerous times. Whether your care or not has no bearing onw hether it's a story. And again, it's a story because Brady made it one. Every time he ignores it he creates a new branch on that tree.

Really hope he avoids that show and focuses on football going forward this year. Nothing good can happen for Brady feeding into nonsense and hysteria spewed by the media.

I would love a real answer. I'd be content with an answer that ends the conversation instead of what he did today, which only added fuel to the fire.

This is standard operating procedure for the Pats. People ask you a question you don't want to answer, so you keep ignoring it and say you're onto something else. If they persist, you end the press conference/call/media session and walk away. This is what Bill has done for 17 years now. Brady may not be as astute at handling the initial push back after ignoring the question, but it's clearly a page out of BB's book.

For the record, it's a bullshit question because everyone in the world knows he's not going to answer it. So asking it over and over is only going to get the result that happened. And the people asking the question know it.

Except that whole Super Bowl LI MVP thing that followed the Deflategate suspension.

No, that's not what Bill has done. Bill has never cut one off. He sticks to his guns and repeats the same thing until they move on. Brady hasn't done that.

And why is it a bullshit question? Guerrero had certain privileges revoked last year, and now they've been restored. Why? What happened?

Wouldn't that be a question for the person who revoked the privileges?

It's a bullshit question because it's been asked multiple times and it's gotten the same reaction over and over from Brady. Anyone in the media going in and asking that knows full well what the response is going to be. Which is why Kirk asked it.

Do you think he gives a flying f*** what the actual answer to that question is? Do you honestly think Kirk wanted anything other than what happened to actually happen? It was all done by design. He pushed him on it because he knew the guy would hang up and it would become a national story, perpetuating Kirk's incessant need to be the center of attention.

As for the rest, read between the lines. Brady wanted Alex on the plane. He wanted Alex to be able to rub him down after the games in the locker room. He also wanted a new contract. He didn't get a new contract, but did get a few extra dollars he can earn via incentives, and Alex is now on the team plane again. Clearly it was a negotiation. Brady didn't get the new deal, but he got Guerrero back on the plane and in the building, and can make a few more bucks.

Found the perfect video to sum up your lame defense of Brady.

So if Brady just sat silently on the line, we wouldn't have all this nonsense? Maybe he should just start snorting and saying it is what it is...
