the only calculator i've had to use as a student in engineering doing some advanced math is a regular scientific calculator

i've only had to use a graphical calculator in high school to plot graphs and do some basic stats

now with most "regular" scientific calculators able to do stats, and modern technologies allowing for much better graph plotting with tools such as wolframalpha and/or Maple (schools generally have licenses), graphical calculators are pointless.

so you have no idea what i teach//do
