Anyone here a goalie or at least knowledgeable about why Ingram is playing so poorly this season?

10 names I came up with. Not all endorsements, just who I could see being a possibility. I don't think AHL heads or NHL assistants would be available right now, and it does not make sense to go back to the junior route in this circumstance.

Quenneville is one hell of a coach. Not a fan of McLellan but his record speaks for itself.
Maybe he played over his head last year? Much like Veggie did the year before.

well, maybe he's been hurt all season with some sort of injury and they finally decided enough is enough and they need to get him right.
He's been awful, and down in Tucson Stauber is having a fantastic season while Villalta has lost his mojo and can't stop a beach ball.
This is why you shouldn't pay goalies big $$
I mean look at Swayman - he's currently no better than Ingram.

Edmonton had to deal with a one-day shitstorm for hiring Bowman and then it was all over. I suspect it will be the same for the team that hires Quenneville.
Elite Prospects is showing rumors of Keleman and Koch getting moved. Looks like Keleman is heading to Czechia. Maybe Koch too?
The Allen Americans just released goalie, Constantini. Now Wells gets pushed to RR and Stauber to UHC. Thornton is the lone remaining Allen goalie.

Not sure how accurate Elite Prospects is on the rumors so maybe a large boulder of salt?

Like they say, if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Look, I like Schmaltz, but if he can't handle the pressure on being on the first line, there's the door. If Bear would have said we have to mix things up to get a few players going would sound better. That could go for Crouse as well. I do like those lines though.

He's not saying the pressure of being on line one Jakey, what he's saying is that he's got pressure from his drought and being in a third line role relieves that and can help reset his game. The pressure comes from Schmaltz himself and is between his ears.
