It would not be right for Dale just to come in and coach all of a sudden. This is Mark's team, at least for the next two weeks. I like the Knights going in as underdogs. Seemed to work in the playoffs.

They've already said this won't happen.

Is it 3 pts for win in reg and 2 pts in ot? Or just 2 pts for both. Also how do tiebreakers work?

It's not based off points. Each team plays each other in the round robin and the first place team plays the winner of the 2nd and 3rd place team in the final. If 2 teams are tied for the last spot for the the semi then they play a tie-breaker game to decide. There are no ties and games go until they are finished. Hope that helps a bit.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the best game in this tournament will be the semi-final game between London and Edmonton.

I think London and Edmonton are very even.

CHL is great hockey. You won't know many of the players but it's very exciting. I recommend Americans tune in if you're a hockey fan.

Game 4 of the WHL final was the second best game I've watched all season.

Scotland.
How is the winner of the cup decided.

Top 2 teams that finish in the standings play against each other?

Or the team that finishes top of the standings wins it?

I think the way it works is every team plays each other once. Then the team with the best record automatically gets into the final game while the 2nd and 3rd ranked teams play each other to decide who moves on.

After all round robin games played
1st goes to the final
2nd and 3rd play, winner goes to the final
then
1st vs winner of 2nd/3rd match.

There you go.

Shawi looking good. Hoping they can win it since they have 2 Habs spects and 3 former Wildcats (Kabanov, Donnoly and of course Gormley). That said I like all the teams in the tournament so I'm cool with any result.

Sportsnet keeps talking about the Oil Kings like they're some big/tough team that is going to bully their way to a win tonight.

They may not be push overs but they rely on speed and skill more than anything else.
