Added Jari Ericcson (Everett), Dylan Blujus (Brampton), Kristoff Kantos (Sudbury) and Kyle Farrel (Cape-Breton)

Let me know if i'm missing anybody.

being personal friends with brendan gaunce it may enduce some homerism but i am absolutely loving his play, i see top 10 as a definite possibility for him

Updated once again,
if i'm missing any prospects from the USHL/US, let me know.

If anyone has a website for European prospects, let me know aswell and provide the link.

Can someone write some potential top-10 or top-20 players? I know it's almost inpossible to say it now but who would you take?

Does anyone know if Michael Matheson of the Lac St Louis Lions will be eligible? he was the first ranked player in last years QMJHL amateur draft, but decided to take a different path. He'll be playing for Dubuque of the USHL next year.

Matheson is just amazing he would have been the 1st overall pick of the QMJHL draft easy this year...his skating left everyone is awe last year...the NHL scouts who worked in my league compared his skating to Paul Coffey...the guys offense did not take off till the 2nd half of last year, but Matheson is big, amazing skater, great offensive skills, so smooth on the ice and good defense...his only downfall is for a talent like his it is not great he is back in Midget in Quebec lossing a whole year of good development...

Louis Leblanc did the same thing, played as a 16yo in midjetAAA but i agreed he should play this year in the qmjhl or in the ushl or prep school. I still think Matheson is going to play major junior. Shawinigan is good organisation with a beautiful new arena. If they win the bid to host to 2012 memorial cup i think Matheson is going to join the cataractes

Olli Määttä (6'1" 183 lbs) from Finland has played 4 game in finnish second highest league and has succeeded really well! He's a d-man who looks like all-round type player. I haven't seen him a lot so I can't say for sure yet. He has done one goal and one assist and what's important, his plus-minus is +1.

Määttä also played on Ivan Hlinka tournament last august and he got lot of positiv feedback. He also was named best player of Finland at one game.

you definitely need to add Nikolai Prohorkin who is one of the best prospects from Russia if not the best after Yakupov and Grigorenko for 2012 Draft.

Yeah, Prokhorkin is just great 11+7 in 16 games. Grigorenko and him are definitely the best prospects from Russia for 2012 draft

I don't know about the entire agegroup in Finland but Friman is not as good of a prospect as fellow Jokerit-forward Teuvo Teräväinen. Last year they played together and we're very good both but over the summer Teräväinen has definitely taken a large step ahead of Friman. And he's really small too...

Goalie Joonas Korpisalo is a pretty good 2012-prospect from Jokerit also.

One kid to watch out for that you will not hear much about yet, is D Jesse Graham from the Niagara Ice Dogs. Going into the draft, he'll have Ryan Ellis comparisons, and he will be talked about as the best skating/best puck moving defenseman from the OHL. His downside will be his size (listed between 5'10"-5'11" depending where you look), although at 16, there is always room to grow.
