Step 1. Take a piece of rye bread

Step 2: Take uncooked ground beef and smear it on the rye bread

Step 3: Put raw onions on the beef and bread

Step 4: Gross out literally everybody in the world except the 14,683 people in the Upper Midwest who enjoy the cannibal sandwich

When I moved to Wisconsin and went out with some co-workers on a Friday night. I asked the one guy who was a local why wasn't the beef cooked? Originally, I am from SW Ohio. The cuisine may not be great, but we cooked our food.

I guess it is like sushi, which I also don't each. I stopped eating venison due to CWD.
