I'd like to go on record saying once again that i disagree with the notion that we're too clogged in the corner outfield to get Brantley. Most of our position players have multiple position capabilities.

We're at about 100.8 in salaries, not including Yates or Chatwood. Can still add Realmuto for 25 mill or Bauer for 30 mill plus a few smaller guys.

All off-season I’ve thought a Springer signing was a real possibility. But to see someone like Jeff Passan tweet that a deal is in place? I’m speechless.
