I've seen it many times, guy gets 2 minutes even though there is clearly bleeding going on. And I guess you missed where I said should have been at least 2.
it should have been at least 4, and at most 4.
If the ref gives out a 2 minute penalty when the guy is bleeding then it's either not a high sticking penalty or the ref's an idiot. It's 4 when the guy is injured(which blood is the defining factor for)
