We could have signed him this off season, but Marner. And here I thought keeping McBackup was the right move

Worst period for the Leafs in a LONG time.
Tavares line has been invisible apart from that last chance.
And here I thought keeping McBackup was the right move
brah? How about you go back to your basement, virgin?
I am yeah. Sorry I guessWere still talking about this? This game isn't on Hutch btw it's on the team playing terrible.
Who are you? Where did you sprout up from? This is the 3rd time I'm going to be posting this:
We gave Matthews a VERY handsome contract and he is basically picking and choosing games where he wants to physically engage.
The game of hockey REQUIRES you to put your body on the line. This boy is literally going out his way to avoid contact on the ice. We paid this boy 11.7 x 5 so he can forego the physical aspect of hockey whenever he feels like it? Is this seriously the level of entitlement we're allowing in this organization?
It was really just one brief period where we took a crap load of penalties including one on Shore that goes uncalled 99% of the time.Caps are looking for their 1st home win. At some point we gotta give them credit for sticking with it. They're playing a helluva game. Total domination. Yet, only down by 2. It's still a game.
I'm not really a fan of Kerfoot.
Teams have realized quickly that if you hit both, they will disappear. And together they cost 20 mil!
Only since the Lightning game sadly enough.
Yes.This is the 3rd time I'm going to be posting this:

When they announced that Babcock was coming back this year I felt that they would be spinning their wheels until he was fired.
And it sure looks like that to me now.
I don't. In fact I might be in a minority position but I think this years Leafs are a worse team than last years team.Who here thinks we are a top ten team?
Agreed. We usually play great when losing. I believe we can definitely tie it up but everyone has to step up.Leafs need to find their feet. Scoring three goals against this caps team is not an impossible task.
