Agreed. It happens to all coaches at some point. Often in Year 3 their message gets old. I don't think he ever was a strong tactician but up until this season his motivational abilities compensated for some of that.

Unfortunately since our owner is so out of touch we will need to hire another coach who isn’t qualified because he needs to speak French. Rinse and repeat.

With the 6 goals tonight against the Habs tonight they now have the 2nd worst GA. They are only 2 behind Pitt that includes tonight's games. The Habs have played 11 games and Pitt will have 12 at the end of tonight. I went through teams with less games and there would have to be some high scores for teams to catch them

It's not the system, it's the players.

A lot of the players have been in this system for 2, or 3 seasons.

If it's the players and the system is great, then the coach can teach shit.
