Jesus Christ can you believe this team is 9-1 in their last 10 and second in the division (3rd-4th in the league i think), and we had a jersey thrown on the ice this season. Lol

I’m okay if he sits but once we get to the back to back he needs to get back in and get a string of games.
I don’t like with young players where they get the one game in one game out so they should get some string of games. Lily sits for a string of games then one of Dermott or Sandin do.

Liljegren did. He can sit today give those other guys some string of games. Back to back coming up and sun Liljegren in and one of them can sit for 3-4 games.

Well he also goes into traffic like he’s inviting someone to wreck him. That kind of physical “abandon” was something we saw with young Markov too.

i wouldn’t be against the either. If we plan to resign Campbell we are going to be tight at the cap. Let’s see what we have in Lilly and Sandin. Could help to have a few dman who can play at cheap contracts for a few seasons.
Called their last game against Montreal. Almost all of their offense runs through Fox who is amazing. I don't think Panarin and Zibanejad are up to speed yet but they still make good plays. Lafreniere is still a disappointment but Chytil and Kakko looked electric last game and Kreider plays out of his mind this whole season, their PP is set up for him.
Their 4th line is also pretty frustrating to play against with Reaves and Rooney.
All in all this is a good young team however they tend to have a few minutes of blackouts every period where you either burn them or Shesterkin saves their day. Usually it's Shesterkin.

And it's still possible he isn't chosen for the Olympic team. He'd be on my team, but with Vas, Bob, Varly, Sorokin, Samsonov, not to mention Russias guys in the KHL, going to be tough.
I think Holl is expendable, and I wonder if they might try to play him until they trade him? It's hard to move him from the press box.

I seem to remember Lundquist being really bad over his career vs the Leafs. I could be misremembering though.

It's amazing how rough the top 5 is. You need to win 4 games in a row for it to count as 1 with respects to even moving up lol. You lose even one game and 2-3 teams jump you.
