Sounds like Dolan didn't like the patient approach by JD and Gorton and the team getting pushed around by the Isles and Wilson.

Dolan is going to learn the hard way that quick fixes made to try to get back into the playoffs in a hurry don't work out long term if he pressures Drury to deviate from the plan.
