Glen: I wised up and smelled the roses and check the reality of things. I think the new coaching staff are wised up as well. They've got the experience and they're getting paid now after years of not getting paid while doing their due time. I think our franchise is really wising up and we've stopped listening to bad advice and the based our franchise's philosophy on wising up all the time.
