Not really.

Once you're in the playoffs, your draft spot is determined by how many rounds you win. The playoffs are divisional anyway, so Winnipeg's ranking relative to another team in their division doesn't matter to us.

I suppose you could argue that they would play St. Louis instead of the wildcard but now we're really stretching as far as that even being on my radar.
