I’m so confused as to what people are so angry about on this play.

Nurse cross-checked him down after the goalie covered the puck which is like a standard nhl play which happens all the time and Byfield was already moving up after that, that extra shot he gave resulted in the match penalty.

The Chatfield play was far more dangerous

Like I've said this play happens 10x a game in front of the net scrums and goes uncalled most of the time

But it's playoffs next week so the pitch forks are out again

Everyone knows the Kings won't do shit, which is why they get away with it. This is a totally chickenshit team with respect to standing up for themselves at all.

McDavid has injured more Kings himself than any King has to the Oil, there's no way anyone else on that squad is worried

The side that endured a loss is going to feel more strongly about a situation than the side that has something to gain. As a repeat offender it 'should' be 3-4 games. With the Oilers only having one more regular season game & playoff suspensions seemingly being a 2:1 ratio, suspended for the final game & game one of the playoffs would seem appropriate.

However with Parros & the Department of Random Justice deciding things... Nurse might even be named the next Commissioner.
