Post-Game Talk: Now what? Predators 6 Bruins 3

Just curious ... who do you think are the top 5 centers available?
My take on the centers aren’t hot takes by any means.

I think it’s tiered:

Misa
Hagens

Being in the upper tier. Would change the trajectory for the bruins moving forward. It sounds like experts think Misa is NHL ready while Hagens could very much benefit from another year at BC.

Then next I see:

Desoyners
Frundell
O’Brien

With Desoyners being the best of that bunch. Super cerebral player. I guess my only hot take would be that I don’t see it with McQueen as much as others do.

Multiple STH I know are finally considering jumping off the train, now that the team is horrendous and they still have the audacity to raise prices.

I want this team to SUFFER financially until major changes are made.
I dislike your attitude.

I want the team to get better. There is still a waiting list and yes, I know it is true because some I know are hoping to get a call. Tickets are expensive but it is the same everywhere and in every sport.

It is fine if STH want to give up their seats...I get it....BUT the increase was much lower than last season and as long as there is a STH waiting list it is expected that there will be an increase. Also, as soon as you give up your seats someone will pick them up at a higher price than what you paid.

Do you not understand supply and demand?

This is the main thing I am noticing with him and it is not good

He looks like a different goaltender now

Not sure what happened to him
Missing training camp was/is part of the reason for Swayman's mediocre goaltending this season. Becoming rich and "too comfortable" overnight gave him a bigger ego and less desire to improve his game

Almost half of the Bruins 23 man roster are very well paid (with cushy NT and NM contracts) and IMO have become "too comfortable" with their situation in Boston (Swayman, Coyle, E. Lindholm and C Mac come to mind) while the rest of the team is basically playing for peanuts

If it was up to me, there would be a performance clause and/or incentive clause in all new sports contract's that state "if performance standards/objectives are not met, the new contract will become null and void (and will revert back to the old contract) until performance standards/objectives are achieved".

Though I know that will never happen in today's world of sports, it would go a long way to achieving maximum effort and performance in players who are getting "too comfortable"

I don’t think the term “fan” is applicable to morons who act like this guy. Korpi was giving him the stink-eye and could almost see Korpi thinking “you better be glad that glass is holding”
All the guys on the bench (and behind it) were giving the idiot the stink eye (rightfully so).
