They are in Division I-AA, I think. They aren't in the highest division.

Political nonsense aside, this isn't the first time Kaepernick has acted like a spoiled child. Remember the Beats Headphones fiasco last year? He continually believes the rules don't apply to him. Highly unprofessional.

He's locker room cancer at this point, and Christian Ponder has even looked better than him this preseason, and he's a third (soon to be 2nd) stringer.
