Thank God
I Love the Idea of Buster in Charge and I hope he puts in place a great front office. There was an article in a baseball publication that said historically the Giants are the Worst in Baseball using WAR to show their 1st Rounds have been the worst for decades. They obviously have hit on Will Clark and Buster but overall including later rounds the Giants have been the worst Drafting team in MLB. I hope that will change for the better soon. Well will see how it works out of course it will take a few years.

The firing led to a Sandisfan post...this confirms that it was truly a major moment in history.

With temp Sunday 100+, 49ers wanted to wear white jerseys. But they have to declare jersey color before start of season and NFL not allowing cchange.

But they might wear white pants.

And make plans for white jerseys for home games until later in the season.

You can't point to any one thing today, it was a collective failure

The defense couldn't show up in the big spots, but they also scored 0 points in the 2nd half, this team is a mess all over

Moody out
2 really banged up teams on TNF. Seattle hurting on their DL. OL, still can't generate a consistent run game in the first half. SF, hurting as well. Neither side will practice, so will be an interesting game. Both teams need a win. SF doesn't want to fall to 2-4 (with 3 losses in division already) and SEA doesn't want to have a 3 game losing streak. Plus they haven't beaten SF since Russ left.
