OL (at a minimum a starting RT, and ideally another good OL that can sub in for injuries or if RG is a hole as well) and another corner. It's honestly mind blowing how they have completely failed to address OL issues year in and year out while adding Hargrave to a stacked DL and drafting RBs/TE in the 2nd-3rd rounds. Huge blunder in terms of roster construction.
It'll be interesting to see where they decide to pull from to invest in the OL because it needs it.

That’s because of the Lance debacle.

Finally having a first round draft pick helps.

Their final offensive play was a mess on the OL. Somehow leaving Jones unblocked. Yes, it was a backup RG, but you wonder if SF had a top notch C like a Jason Kelce if he would have adjusted the protection to tell the RG to take Jones while he handles the guy in front of him. Trent is awesome, but if you were ranking the 9 linemen of SF OL vs KC DL, it would be Trent, then Jones, then how many of the KC DL before you pick a SF OL again?

There are OL rated at the end of round 1 to early round 2. Deeper OT draft. Seems like a few will go after Alt and Fashanu in round 1. Heavy CB, OT, WR draft.

That’s because of the Lance debacle.

Yep. In that draft, if SF stays put at 12, could just take Mac Jones or Slater the OT (they still had another year of McGlinchy, but maybe they move him inside, though he doesn't have the build for OG. Too tall and lean for it). Or take Vera-Tucker the OG (he played OT at USC but has since moved inside at the NFL level)

2022, best guys at the end of round 1 to early round 2 were some safeties and CB.

2023, honestly with all of the wear and tear of Kittle, they would have been well served to either go TE with Mayer (who was the best combo of blocker/receiver), or one of the 2 OG in Avila who went to the Rams or Bergeron who went to ATL to solidify the OL.

The problem with this is (besides term is one year too long not terrible though) they have DH's near as good and the ones they have and Soler is they are not good in the field. If they can trade someone to alleviate the over load and fill another hole on the roster it could be a good move. He is a much better Power hitter though which the Giants need.

Wilks is a victim of having a high bar to clear for the job he had. On the whole of it, he didn't perform poorly but he clearly wasn't Super Bowl caliber nor what the defense had been previously. The question comes down to what sort of replacement you get. My bet is the NFC title game opening half performance of the defense was the final nail though the SB TO didn't help matters I'm sure.

When Saleh and Ryan’s each took a HC job did they take any assistants or position coaches with them? Doing that will decimate the coaching staff. Unless there was another Ryan’s on the staff who was young or not really that experienced but was ready for the challenge they kind of had to go outside the building and thus Wilks.

But, it clearly was t a seamless transition like they had from Saleh to Ryan’s.

Giants/A's coverage a little weird. Can't see the plate because of the second base ump. He's literally standing in line with the camera on the strike zone for right handed hitters. Seems very bush league.

Congratulations Oakland for breaking the record for fastest departure of all of your major sports franchises.
Lacob bought his own stadium across the bridge and the A’s are responsible for both them and the Raiders leaving.

John Fisher is a dopey looking piece of shit.
