That was a terrible penalty call no doubt, but an even worse goal allowed by Cory Schneider. And the Nucks 42 years and stronger then ever of ineptitude, and this time with more questions than one can count, couldn't be happier!

I mean that was a garbage penalty to call, but it's the Canucks.. so I don't remotely care, glad they got swept.

There's a point to that argument, but it didnt look like it was pure shoulder to shoulder to me, at least when I looked. I'm no longer watching on my DVR tho so I can't go back and see it unless they replay it.

It was a solid hockey play by the Sedin sister, 100% clean hit.

AV deserves to be canned for simply holding a grudge against Luongo. One player that actually showed up for their team in the series, and the coach makes him sit?

Bingo. Luongo is being hung out to dry intentionally.

That is why I would not mind having Luongo for a few years on a cheap contract, and I want nothing to do with AV at all.

There we go, playoff wallpaper updated with the Sharks as the first team to be placed in the semi-finals bracket.

I can't help but wonder why AV would hang Luongo out to dry like that. After all, he's probably going to get canned himself before Luongo leaves Vancouver.

Everyone needs a scapegoat (or in Luongo's case, he needs an escape goat to take him the hell out of Vancouver), and the Luongo circus surrounding Vancouver this year has probably eaten away at his nerves. Luongo probably doesn't even consider himself part of the team anymore, especially after that loss to Edmonton.

So, once we get stomped on Thursday or (if we're lucky) saturday/sunday, what bandwagon is everyone jumping on?

Me, I've decided to hop on the Sens bandwagon. That Montreal Meltdown was just too tasty, plus I've had a soft sport for the Sens for years.

Exactly. After game 3, he said this is Scheid's team. Which is funny considering some are starting to wonder if the Nucks should keep Luongo and trade the other guy, because they could get a better package for him. But here's the thing, why on earth would they want to keep Luongo after they @#$!ed on him? Think he wants to stay? Absolutely not. You have to free him. If Cory isn't all you expected, then that's your own damn fault.

Big Sharks' fan. Always pulling for them. But this time it's a little different, because I'd puke if Havlat got near the Cup. So I'm rather torn at the moment. Might have to be a Blues' fan. Damn you, Havlat!!! And Shep too. Burns is fine. The other two misfits though.....
