That was a fun 2 games series for the Brewers/Twins. Pitching duel in the 1st game (wouldn't believe it looking at the boxscore). G2 was back and forth HR fest.

I will say I don't like the blue uniforms The Twins wore in G1.
With the good guys prevailing too!

Breakdancing is an Olympic sport now.

I don't really pay much attention to the Olympics until they are on so I have no clue when things are added or subtracted.

Going back to like what 2020 and Jeff Gladney? Weve been cursed with DBs. Hopefully Evans or Booth can show up.

Opening ceremonies for the Olympics are supposed to center around the athletes with a bit of host flare... Paris is forgetting the athletes for the past 30 minutes

To be fair, most new QB contracts are the "highest QB deal of all time".

I do agree though - I wouldn't be happy paying him quite that much yet at this point.

Are you planning to watch the Olympics? Who's your biggest favorite to win a gold?
My vote would be Duplantis, the Swedish/American pole vaulter, who's competing for Sweden.

I won;t go out of my way to watch the Olympics, but there are some events I do enjoy if I happen to see that they are on. The full contact kayak (not sure what it's called) was pretty neat. Water polo is fascinating to me, even though I don't understand the rules. A couple of the track and field things I'll sit and watch for a bit.

As for a Gold, anything less than that for USA men's basketball is an embarrassment.

Even if Love is released by the Packers before the 2028 season, he will have a cap hit of about 80M over his next two years. More, of course, if he stays. There will be pain.

It’ll be re-structured at that point. Eventually it’ll lead to a dead cap hit like Rodgers’ this past season.
