What a strange time we live in. Multiple teams reportedly trying to trade for....

Kevin O'Connell

I know. That was directed to the people "reporting" it (Glazer). Just click-baity bullshit.
I mean, sort of. They're just reporting that teams are interested in trading for him, which is true. The likelihood of it happening are slim. Very slim.

It still feels weird that teams can trade for coaches. Maybe that's just a me thing.

It's just funny that you can report that exact same thing for Mahomes or Allen or Lamar Jackson or Justin Jefferson and still call it "reporting", without any sort of consideration for the other side.

They lost to the Bears?
Love got hurt?

I'm not sure. Probably the former?
They lost to Chicago. And have the same record as them in the North.
The game meant nothing lol. If the game mattered, then Love would have re-entered after his injury and Jacobs would have had more than 6 carries.

I'd trade for Kevin O'Connell. Dude is an awesome coach.

Only a blocked field goal at the end of the game was the difference between them and 0-6 in the NFC North. Ouch.

Packers have some talent. Definitely need an upgrade in head coach.

Not that I'm complaining..SKOL!

Nah, he just needs to be more aggressive. Team could definitely use a quality receiver or two. Reed has shown he isn't a #1 and might not even be a #2.
There was an interesting video that suggested Love has trouble reading defenses.

They start the season (this and last) with the full playbook and about 1/2 way they simplify it for him, which is why he seems to come on half way through the season (again, this and last).

No idea of the validity of the claims but it would make sense.

What video is that?

I definitely buy that they simplified the playbook in 2023, but moreso for receiver continuity. The team couldn't get receivers to run the right routes because each playcall has like 3 built in variations for routes. Way too complex for some of these guys who are just coming into the league.

I don't buy it at all this year, This year Love had the mobility of Joe Flacco for the first half. He's been better over the second half in terms of interceptions, but the receivers just flat out do not win routes and when they do... they drop it... Yes, I am looking at Jayden Reed. Such a disappointment this year.

I can try to find the video but I watched it like 2 weeks ago. Don’t hold your breathe.

The Vikings because we don’t target knees.

And we’re have Aaron Jones. Who doesn’t like Aaron Jones?
But I don't want the vikings to have an easy path to the Super Bowl. But I also don't like the Lions. But I do like Jones. Ugh. I hope this game ends in a tie.

Who gets the 1 seed if it is a tie? Lions I assume since they won the first match?
