I have to agree with Jets 31 here, as I think that MacKinnon is somewhat underrated a bit, in the shadow of McDavid, but he's one hell of a great hockey player. I'd love to have a guy like that on the Jets.

Looks like Dubois is in a regular jersey today so is probably pretty likely for tomorrow.

Ehlers still in non contact but Moe didn't rule him out. I think Ehlers is likely sitting atleast one more game.

Sounds to me like Ehlers is "borderline" and it's likely the Jets sit him out for Game 2, rather than risking him re -aggravating that injury. We're up 1-0 in the series, and we'll need a healthy Ehlers to go the distance when he returns. I'd likely sit him out until he's 80 % healed.

I'd love to see him back tho, he is dynamite.

If that's the case, chants should not be allowed. I remember a few years back one of the southern expansion teams played a sound that signified a pk was over but they had to stop as it gave the home team an advantage.

Jets played a really disciplined game, but were very physical. It might be controversial to say, but I think that was good coaching by PoMo.

The thing is, with Oilers you just have to shut down McDavid and Draisaitl. It isn't that Oil have nothing else. They have a few other weapons. Just not enough to beat a deep team.

In our excitement at beating Oilers in Edmonton, we need to remember that it was a 2-1 game with a couple of MT netters at the end. It was a nice road win, not a dominant one. They will adapt, or at least try to, for the next game.

Don't the Avs play the Mario "One Up" sound when their PK is over? Maybe they stopped as well, I'm unsure. Feels like it's been forever and a day since I've seen an Avs game!
