We feel Bryce is a tremendous leader on the back-end and he keeps himself in great shape. He is physical and does all of the little things a team needs to do in order to win. We focused on him as we needed a leader for our plethora of very good young d-men in OEL, Rundblad, Erixon, McIlrath, Nikitin, and Moore.

We love Matt's determination and grit that he can provide playing on the back-end. We considered the fact that our team will be VERY young and we want to guarantee the fact that we will not be pushed around in a very physical division.
