Outside of the team defence, the most concerning thing about this team is that Wheeler is becoming scary bad very fast.

He has cement legs and he doesn’t even need an extended shift anymore to be gassed. This season minutes are killing him and that’s all on Maurice. Jesus Little played under 13 mins and Scheifele played 22!!!

Watch how many times the Jets get caught running around in their own end, they don't knock people down or tie up sticks, whether its the system or the personnel something needs to change or it wont end very well for the Jets this year

Someone should ask Paul why we have a very deep 4 lines. 3 scoring lines and an elite checking line. Yet Scheifele still played 22 minutes. I think 55/26 are running this team more then Paul

If Myers didn’t take that dumb penalty, NO ONE would be questioning Maurice’s lineup or in game decisions tonight. This was pure poor hockey IQ tonight - that falls on the guys on the ice

Helle is just not playing to last years standard -- not even close. He really should have had that goal that tied the game up. Helle's got to get better.

Most coaches don't do a whole hell of a lot outside of line matching. This isn't peewee.

Roslovic is really starting to close in on Burmi territory here.

Appleton is by far the better player.

I said this 10-15 games ago and many did not agree. He looks good, excellent skater. Can't win any battles, does not accomplish anything. No offensive finish or playmakong skills either. He is a good skating 4th liner. Not a centre, not great in the D zone yet. Can maybe turn into a good secondary scoring 3rd liner as he learns the pro game better. But right now he is our worst forward. And Appleton may be more impactful

Two goals against the crappy Wild is pathetic.....three potentially good scoring lines but one got most of the ice time!
