If one Edm fan says, its not that bad of a trade they cant be serious. I watch both teams alot, Larsson is good no doubt but not that good. Hall is a damn good winger. This is such a bad trade in terms of value. Why not RNH or Eberle+? This is just awful for Edm.

This is a really good deal for the Devils but I don't think it's as terrible for the Oilers as everyone is making it out to be.

Oilers have a ton of skilled offensive forwards and almost no one on defense. Larsson is a solid defenseman. He's just not as good a defenseman and Hall is a forward which makes it look lopsided.
