Confirmed Trade: [NJD/DET] Amadeus Lombardi for 2026 4th round pick

  • If you are having issues logging in, we have found opening the log in page in a new tab/window rather than using the pop out should resolve these issues. We are working to get this resolved and thank you for patience.
  • Due to the increased volume of league transactions, the Trade Rumors and Free Agent Talk section is temporarily restricted to where threads may only be started by moderators and sponsors. We anticipate that this restriction will be lifted some time after the first round of the draft.
Watched a lot of his games in the AHL, he does have skill but I was always left with a 'meh' impression every time. I think it's more about the unknown rather than value, because as far as value goes I'm not surprised this is what he fetched, maybe at best a 3rd round pick.

I don't like this are all, give him a bloody chance like WTF we play him zero games and just dump him for a 4th rounder. Sigh

Between the players already signed and the RFA'S seems like there are better options than Lombardi. Getting another draft pick allows them to remove money from the roster while adding another prospect for the future.

Not hard to understand.

He will be solid third line wing . Is he worth fourth round , I think he is much better than that.

so smart / handed / edged , creator of exciting plays . but hasnt developed the strength to deal with pro traffic . maybe can catch on as a 3 line winger , this is for njd spqr army in the stands

No, plain and simple no.

Detroit's bottom 6 was completely garbage in the second half of the season barely scoring at all. They should have given Lombardi a chance.

This is where i pop in to say the “red rising” series is amazing, best sci-fi of all time. Sorry, the bullshit name reminded me. Anyway, dude ain’t no Mozart, that’s for damned sure.
