Yes. You can trade draft picks that are non keepers.
Rounds 1-5 are reserved for keepers so Round 6 would be the first draft pick eligible to be traded. If you trade a draft pick, there must be a draft pick received in return, so each team still has the same number of picks.

For example.
Round 6 pick traded for Jack Hughes + Round 16 pick.

@billingtons ghost and @Just Win holy crap those were close playoff games! Winning the semi by 1 penalty minute because I picked up Killorn on the last day I thought was bonkers enough. But winning on a tie breaker by two blocks was insane! I thought I was done as Ovechkin got injured at the worst time. Great games to you both!

Eh you're probably right but I wouldn't be surprised if he's not kept although this is a Devils based fantasy league so you're almost certainly right.
