If he stays healthy he'll hit 1,000 points this season and pass Stamkos the next.

1000 is realistic this year. That's crazy for a guy who got started around 20 and missed an entire season.

People think he peaked at 144.
They are so wrong, Kuch is ready to gun for that McDavid's 153 points season.

I think he gets 50g's and 160 points but this is something
I seriously think he's THAT good of a producer + playmaker IMO. Mfers will cry about losing Stammer, but he was a just a cheatcode used by Nikita, The 2020 playoffs are an example of what Kuch is capable of, He put 34pts with Stammer barely playing a factor. His game is very cerebral and polished, and he's known to study game footage and his teammates strengths + weaknesses so that he can set them up perfectly 99% of the time. Guentzel + their entire team will greatly benefit from Kuch's passes. He spent the entire summer training with Oates again (just like last year) and I don't think people realize how hard it is to produce from the wing with your back against the wall 99% of the time. It may be outlandish but it indicates more skill, patience and training needed for perfect execution especially with NHL caliber players defending you lol.

We already know how deadly his shot is, Wrist Shot/One timer are already polished to a disgusting degree, IQ is Gretzky-esque, anticipation is off the charts, skating is elite and Kuch is overall DEADLY in all aspects of offense that 188pts isn't crazy atleast to me.

I would seriously love for him to break Jagr's point record and potentially surpass OvechShit with a couple of more productive years in his 30s to become the GOAT Russian and a Top 3 Winger ever.

I got laughed earlier by Bozo Nicholson, but I'll bump it up IDC.

By April: Nikita Kucherov, 63 goals, 125 assists, 188pts

Guentzel will reach a new career high
The 63 goals is nutso town. That being said, I certainly wouldn’t complain if it somehow transpired.

He is still going to be limited by his teammates and ice time. Kucherov isn't a guy the coach is going to put out there in every situation and he's not going to skate the puck up the ice and deke out 3 guys and the goalie, that just isn't his style. He needs Point and Guentzel and a PP that is w/o Stamkos to all have mega years.

Ice time is the big one. Mackinnon had something like an entire game worth of PP time and two games worth of ice time over Kucherov, which would have equated to like 20 more points for Kuch. 60 minutes of PP time and 120 minutes of in game time.

Still find it super hypocritical how that much extra PP time wasn't factored into the Kuch vs Mack argument but a few EN points were.

How has he looked in terms of the eye test in the regular season games so far this year?
