they were pretty much a dynasty during that time. pretty hard to miss them in the playoffs.

At a time where i was focused 110% on the canadiens. I dont think i have missed a game from 1995 to 2016... a few games of Joe Sakic here and there doesn't count.

I was a big Koivu fan. The only jersey I own.

He was a terrific player but he had trouble carrying the load of a 1C. Always looked like little brother battling big brother. Always the underdog going against other top C’s.

Lots of fight, but 20lbs light. If only he had a little of Mikko’s size.

Suze is an elite 200ft 1C.

I’m sure after the season is done they will announce Suzuki has been playing injured in the playoffs with a broken back from carrying the other 3 lines into the playoffs.

That and he made errant passes all night. I have to think something was wrong with his shoulder or something. Worst game I've seen from him in a long time.

Again though, he could've eaten nothing but donuts on the bench this series and I wouldn't have cared. His heroics down the stretch were amazing. Playoffs were a bonus.
