He’s not a superstar but he put in 15 goals last year 10 even strength with much lesser players than Matthews and Marner so it’s fair to believe he may improve that number with the Leafs.
If he stays there long enough, because they will quickly realize what he brings to the table is almost polar opposite of what Hyman brought.

he played shockingly sheltered minutes against very bad competition and just barely broke even in shot and goal share. He’s very bad.

He has trouble with pace...I can't see him being in the NHL very long.

Playing with Marner/Matthews will be his best shot.
Best shot for sure - Toronto's perfect for a guy who lacks playoff pace.

I think he has a place on plenty of teams and would be thrilled for any of our bottom 6 to match his 15 goals from last year.
