They escorted a hooker who was high AF out of his room and snuck Nuke away as quickly as possible... this was done by an off duty police officer who is around for this exact purpose. Then the wink wink happened to not investigate his room.Wrong. I'll leave it at that.
Wtf are you serious with this shit? I'm sorry but this should mark the end of his tenure with the Avs. f*** man. Love the player but availability is his biggest asset to the team. Hope Nuke, the person, gets the help he needs.
Yeah this seems more like a lifestyle issue than addiction issue. Is it wrong of me to say I don’t even care about Nuke “getting better?”
He doesn’t want to get better.
I’m an Avalanche fan and this guy has repeatedly f***ed over my teams chances of winning.
I couldn’t care less if he’s in Minsk snorting rocks out of a straw next year.
Yep, after he missed a practice during a playoff run. They escorted a hooker who was high AF out of his room and snuck Nuke away as quickly as possible... this was done by an off duty police officer who is around for this exact purpose. Then the wink wink happened to not investigate his room.
Excuse me, sir. I was harshly chastised last year for referring to the woman as a prostitute. They escorted a hooker who was high AF out of his room and snuck Nuke away as quickly as possible... this was done by an off duty police officer who is around for this exact purpose. Then the wink wink happened to not investigate his room.
Not going to argue with you. They escorted a hooker who was high AF out of his room and snuck Nuke away as quickly as possible... this was done by an off duty police officer who is around for this exact purpose. Then the wink wink happened to not investigate his room.
What did he say that isn’t accurate? Not going to argue with you.
I'm just ready to move on from this whole chapter.
2022 would certainly disagree. The postseason and Nichushkin, can you name a more disastrous combination lol?!
I'm not sure about his drug of choice, but there's a great chance he was high AF during that year as well, just didn't get caught.2022 would certainly disagree.
Otherwise ya, rough couple of years and it is absolutely time to move on. Whatever the penalty ends up being, he cannot be relied upon and with his money especially they need to just terminate and deal with whatever penalty comes from it, it will provide far more clarity then what they're going through now.
Richards had completed stage 1 when he was terminated. The Avs can do it, it will just be a process.Posted in the wrong thread:
If it’s a joint program with the NHL and NHLPA I doubt it’s easy to terminate a contract until stage 4.
That is when reinstatement isn’t guaranteed
Rehab doesn't work for everyone, it is not surprising to see some people fall back into addiction 3, 4, or even 6 times, especially when they have access to whatever it is - it could be a close friend. Most of all, real change has to come internally within. Some people are mentally weak though, and have a high external locus of control or a fixed mindset.Love the player, but f*** his lack of accountability.
Whatever personal demons he has I hope he overcomes them. I also hope he has played his final game in Denver
Can't be mad at him for having drug addiction issues...but I'm gonna be mad at the team if he comes back in 6 months at full cap hit.I don't even want him back. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice shame on me.
Two f***ing playoffs at the worst possible time...f*** you asshole
Pun intended?Well. This blows.
