Wow - the VGK logos are both bad, so they're kinda stuck having to use them - even for "special jerseys."

The sword starburst is so amateurish (3 / 10) , and the main helmet logo is slightly better (5.5 / 10).

They're making this much harder than it needs to be

Well, according to Icethetics, every team's going to have an inverted alternate that's worn once or twice this year; so the Knights had to make one along with their third, since it sounds like it's a league mandate to have one.

Besides, this opens the door for teams bringing some extra templates onto the Adizero base, which would only make doing certain throwbacks easier.

It pains me how many awesome graphic designers who need the work could do a fantastic job and absolutely kill it, but owners and bureaucratic firms will pass a lame idea through fifty people on the way to a jersey that no one likes.

A jersey with staying power is one that sells way more than the act of commissioning and then marketing a new one does.
