Not really. It's not as bad as Columbus, whose team name is literally about a blue article of clothing, wearing a mostly red jersey.Does it bother anyone else that a team called Blues has red and yellow on their uniform?

Its the most boring jersey I've seen in history. I hate itI actually don't hate the Wings one. What do you do with a Wings jersey? They've had so few elements over the years that they've painted themselves into a corner with projects like these.
Jets would've looked much better in red.
I dont mind it. I think that this jersey program should have brought back some of the crazy designs, which the Canucks did. I think Canucks fans wanted something green (all green), and a different logo For this program. Not sure why the Canucks fans hate theirs so much , I think it’s my favourite . Love those colours . The yellow/black / orange produced some of the ugliest sets of all time , confused as to why everyone suddenly loves them now
I'd say the only teams whose identity would be affected by this never had much of a solid one anyway. 3rd/4th jerseys are only worn a handful of times a year anyway. No, then you start to lose the classic brand recognition and consistency
It annoys me how some soccer teams look completely different year-to-year (including the centre logo but that's a sponsorship issue)
(also then die-hard fans have to pay and buy them every year )
I’d have loved to see them do something more creative, even just update some of the past stadium jerseys. Or Black, anything but what they launched. These jerseys are only going to be used once or twice, why not go off the board, even if it’s is awful.I just spent probably as much time as the Detroit designers spent thinking...
They've never done a red version of this.
Make a red sweater, but make the sleeves white with a red stripe. Literally the reverse of this retro. Oh wait... was that the actual goal of this?
No, better not actually do that then, instead just go with their non-effort.
you must really hate the founding franchise of the NHLBest ones:
Ottawa - I think those have potential to be full-time or very solid alternates, so solid that I can't even tell which one is which
Tampa Bay - Those have very strong alternate potential
Vegas - If the logo was different and they had the same jersey shape as their other ones it'd make for one beautiful jersey
Minnesota
St. Louis
Vancouver - I like them personally because when I lived in Vancouver those were the alternates, but I would agree on those colours with the Flying Skate
Edmonton
Los Angeles
Arizona
Washington
Carolina
Columbus - Kind of looks like Washington's but I like it
Boston
New Jersey
Okay:
Nashville
Colorado - Would say worst if it weren't for them honouring the Nordiques
Islanders - Kind of looks like their current jerseys...
Chicago
Calgary
San Jose
Anaheim
Philadelphia
Pittsburgh
Florida
NYR
Worst:
Toronto - They chose that one over many classic logos...
Winnipeg - Don't ever call me biased again, would say the worst but the logo is cool as it kind of reminds me of HNIC
Detroit - So much missed potential but is hands down the worst amongst all the RR jerseys
Dallas
Buffalo

uh huhThe Senators and Habs
I like how there are people trying to justify the lame jerseys done for the Wings, with not having a lot to work with or not messing with a great jersey. That person should be fired on the spot immediately for basically designing nothing. Look at all the other teams, including a number of teams with long term jerseys and O6 teams, virtually all of them had some thought to them.
Not sure what the Jets one is supposed to be, the Isles doesn't look any different than normal other than the colour and not sure why so many have these monster size logos. Vegas and Washington in particular have HUUUUGE logos. Sharks one sucks as well.
While I like the jerseys that Colorado and Carolina got, neither of them has to do with the city the team currently resides in, so they shouldn't have gone with those logos, rather those jerseys and colours with their actual logos.
Jets with red as an accent color.

Maybe they should have done a reverse of their away with red jerseys and white sleeves. Idk.Literally anything except making it look more bland.
Oh, all white? Yeah, a little gray will set that right off.
