On the main boards thread (don't keel me I don't go there often lol) someone said this was as much a property sale and suggested that the land could be worth after developing, a fair amount of the sale price so.... would it be possible a minority owner of Les Habs that is so much of a Habs fan that he could after, making a keeling(lol) on real estate, then make ridiculous deals with Les Habs in the Habs favor then sell for less than what he got for hollowed out franchise and still make money on selling the Sens to more than make up the difference from buying price?
