I think he's only getting $2m in cash this season. The guy already has $60+mil in earnings it sounds like he just wants to GTFO and head over to the motherland.

Like unless he had a salary bonus as part of his deal - those usually get paid out on July 1st - Reid Boucher was the highest paid player in the KHL last season at 95M Rubles which is just over one million USD.
