Is anyone else with ESPN+ going to adopt another team this year as a secondary rooting interest?

I've always kinda had a thing for the Flames, so I think I'm going to watch them on nights where they don't conflict with the Hawks.

Eh, nah. I'll catch games here and there, but I don't get putting into emotional capital into a team you otherwise don't have an attachment for.

Neutrally watching games here and there is fine by my standard, and is basically my entire interest in the NFL outside the Bears.

Odd

Regular season technically starts tomorrow afternoon by the way

I was so confused when I was first looking when the season starts, I thought these are very odd matchups for opening day and then I realized there is only one real game.

Just saw a billboard saying the Wolves won the Calder Cup last season. gross
Lol where you been!? Someone clearly doesn't listen to From Center Ice ;)

They were an absolute wagon. Dick Panik was on that team.
More like Dick Pain-ik in the second round

I always have my Leafs to get me through the Regular Season.

Ask me again after Rd 1. Last year in the POs it was the Rags and Avs. That worked out well.

Weegar signed a big extension in Calgary.

At 23 years old, Weegar was far less successful than Ian Mitchell. Never give up on Ian Mitchell.

You’ve successfully made everyone on this board hate Ian Micthell. Well done.

I don’t hate him. He’s just not a good enough player to have NHL success.
He has some offensive skill but he’s small, soft and makes too many bad decisions.
I just hope 1 GM sees the same as Musto does and offers a decent pick in return for him

Alright we are going to have some stiff competition with Arizona. 7 SOG last night.

Seven!!!
