Just turned it off. What a STUPID, boring passing competion. Why wouldn't they try it out beforehand? And if they did, and I am sure they did, the idiots who dreamt it up and approved it should be fired.
That was terrible. So I'll move on and miss the rest of the skills.
I hate the game and never watch, but I've enjoyed the skills, and the NHL managed to ruin that, too.

In theory I wish Ovechkin would do this, he looks faster in games than almost all those guys. In reality, I wouldn't want him to get hurt.

No he really doesn't. Maybe in 2008 he was. He was never as fast as McDavid though. I remember he was in one of the competition's in his early years and he posted 15 seconds.
