On a side note, I did notice my bottom line players not being able to dangle like Crosby, shoot like Ovie etc.....They lost the puck a lot, got poked more...can't win races to the puck...

Its a nice change of pace really...Even some of my top guys did.

I'm enjoying this game a lot more than 15. Some of the complaints are nitpicking at this point.

Already getting BS.. Guy quits game after I take 2 goal lead.. I get loss and no coins. What a joke

Lol I as winning a game 4-2 and I got dashboarded and got the loss...

game after guy take a lead 2-0 in 1st period...I crashed again...

I saw my record at 1-2... and 2min later it switched to 2-1...??


Played 3 games online...and 2 of them crashed and my 1st game was perfect..

The 1-4 and control a guy and stay in slot is still effective.

Faced a guy ho did this **** the whole game...so boring...

He scored 4 goals on forced cross-crease that went 5-hole on Elliot by touching some1 or tip or whatever bs you can call

My 2 other games we're enjoyable vs fun opponent

Just need to set up a US PSN account, buy some US PSN cards from say Amazon, and use it to buy the game from the US PSN Store.

e: not 100% sure of this though.

I don't believe special cards (legends, totw, movember) ever counted towards collections.

Even if they take out the 1-4 people will chose the 1-3-1 and not much will change

The earliest your playing it is a few hours..by switching time zones or **** like that...I'm content with my 10 hour trial, cause ill use my 2nd, 3rd account to play some more..and just wait tilll midnight on the 15th for the full release with no download or anything since I already have it.

What are you guys talking about? The game is released three days later in International countries or something like that. Xbone players have it early because of EA Access. Xbox exclusive feature that allows them to play it for 10 hours until release. There's no workaround or anything like that for PS4 players to get it early. You just have to wait, or hope a local store puts it on the shelves early.

I get the game on the 14th at 9 pm because of it's release at midnight ET.

It said that the game will download on the 13th since I preordered it, so I at least get to play it right at 9 rather than having to wait to download it.

WOW either PSN screwed up and gave me NHL 16 EARLY or EA Sports got their **** together and are releasing the download to NHL 16 early so people don't have to wait for downloading it on Tuesday. I hope it's the first reason. I'll find out in 10 mins if I can play.

Edit - It's the second option. The game is downloaded, but gotta wait 4 days. That is awesome! Now I don't have to wait to download the whole freaking game on Tuesday and I can just play as soon as the timer is done. Glad this was fixed! I remember NHL 14 being such a pain in the ass. Having to wait 2 days AFTER release just to play NHL 14 because PSN and EA Sports could never get anything done on time.

Ea access is linked to your gamertag, not your console. You'd have to buy an account for each gamertag. Pretty sure it works like that because I don't get DLC discount on my 2nd account. Could be wrong though

Is there a way to permanently turn off the on ice trainer in GM mode? It's so annoying. Didn't see it in the game settings anywhere aside from during or before a game.

Blame Sony. EA Access was offered to both Xbox One and PS4. Sony declined it for unknown reasons. Thankful that I have both consoles. EA Access has been a convenience. I get Madden, FIFA and NHL on Xbox One now. Come March,those games are on there. So I just sell the games for about $30 a piece and spend $25 from there on out to play them all (cheaper)

Am i the only one not feeling NHL 16?

Seriously, the game doesnt feel right to me. It feels like its slowed down wayyyyy to much. The game feels like im trapped all the time and i have no way of getting out cause theres no dekes! It feels really slow and boring. You cant really snipe either cause you almost always miss unless your ovi or something. I feel like NHL 15 had it right! Its funny i say that cause the only reason why people didnt like it was cause it was a hut heavy game. Which is unfortunate, but it definitely felt alot more fun to me, cause you could actually somewhat deke in it. Now it feels like a stupidly slow game. Some people say its a good change, i say its boring. I already preordered it, im now thinking of refunding cause its just not fun.

I prefer my games slowed down, to be honest. I always put the game speed to the second lowest setting in my NHL games since it seems more realistic that way.

The one thing I really love is the puck pickups and how you can actually pass to the point in the o-zone, but I agree with the people complaining that it's too slow. Contact feels fine, skating details are finally decent, goaltending is awesome.. but if everything was just a little quicker I would be happier.

They'll patch it up with a tuner, they have to.
