For the love of god I hope they add LTIR, or some realism to the game modes. So sick of Marc ****in Savard taking up 4.5m of my cap on the Bruins when he'll never play another game again...You have to literally edit the roster and bury him in some foreign league its ridiculous.
Or be a cheap ******* and trade him for other players

Be a GM, Be a Pro, HUT all need more depth, funny how Madden, NCAA, FIFA, NBA ALLLLLL have better depth and modes than NHL. They never add anything decent to them or make it worse. Or take notes from MLB the SHOW.
You think since 2k ****in folded they would take what they did better and use it. They had so much more depth.
How hard would it to be to add more than the same ****ing 5 jerseys they give each team every year....Should have ALL jerseys IMO.
And Winter Classic mode should have ALLLLL of the WC's and Stadium Series..ESPECIALLY since they just re-did all of the arenas. Then maybe it'd be worth playing that **** mode.
I hope with these authentic arenas comes the REAL goal horns and goal songs...
Drafting/Trading/Simming all need improvements.
Tired of them "fixing" or "adding" stupid **** like fighting when they could overhaul **** that matters or make the game modes more in depth and fun.
Coaches/Staff that resemble the real ones..GOALIE MASKS/EQUIPMENT resembling real ones. NOT THE SAME AWFUL MASKS YOU USE EVERY YEAR! 2 awful models per team is ridiculous and brutal. IT looks horrible. FIX IT! Or let us customize them ourselves!
For Be a GM have **** like ticket pricing and concessions, have fan loyalty/happiness...MAKE NOT EVERY GAME A DAMN SELLOUT based on happiness or if team is failing etc...Let us hire/fire staff..Bid for Draft, All star game, winter classics...**** like that...Make the off ice factor of the game better/deeper and actually make us feel like we are the GM..
Make GM mode like be the OWNER mode and add ^^^^^^^^^
Development/Training camp you can participate in for LTL/BAP/BAGM
Improve the draft period.
Injuries better....suspensions...Ref improvements.
Make the AI better, I'd say momentum and stuff but they'd mess that up. Crowd should react better to stuff.
Negotiating contracts DURING the year! HOW HARD IS THAT! They miss so many simple things its insane.
Stop using the same scoring/faceoff/intro clips EVERY YEAR too, after a week you've seen them all 150 times and they're so boring and cheesy. I really hope they made celebrations scenes better and actually have your teammates come to you instead of just going to some clip and then go back to people standing around. Awful. They need to clean it up.
In HUT let us PICK the arena since they are authentic now, OR AT THE VERY LEAST THE LOGO WE PICK USE IT AT CENTER ICE! I HATEEEEEE how they have that stupid generic logo at center ice. Such a simple fix, like EASHL.
Let us add or customize our own jerseys/logos..Not the same boring lame ones we've seen for 10 years now.
Not getting my hopes up for this game, 09 was the last NHL that actually met what I expected. Don't know why I bother saying ****, 90% of this junk won't be in the game and it'll be the same rebranded crap it always is with new arenas.
It's sad I think this forum could make a ****ing SICK hockey game but EA just can't manage to put one together, they miss so many tiny simple little things and add useless junk no one asks for...Now that its next gen they really need to step up their game....OR add stuff in patches during the year for god sakes.
