Anyways, like I think I mentioned before hand, you can work out conditions on picks involved in trades, but it'll have to be overseen manually by me obviously. The process would go like this: you agree on a trade with a conditional pick, you run the condition by me, if I okay it - then you make the trade in-game, and the pick is exchanged once the condition is fulfilled in a second trade (e.g., 1st+7th for 7th).
Examples of conditional pick inclusion:
Team A trades:
Player A
Team A's 2014 1st*
... to Team B for:
Player B
Team B's 2015 2nd**
Team B's 2014 3rd***

IF pick is top-3/whatever, THEN Team B receives Team A's 1st-round pick in 2015 instead of this pick.
EX2
IF Team A does not qualify for 2014 playoffs, THEN Team B receives Team A's 2nd-round pick in 2014 instead of this pick.

IF Team A does not re-sign Player B (pending UFA), THEN Team A receives Team B's 1st-round pick in 2015 instead of this pick.

Team B has the option of either sending Team A this pick or their 3rd-round pick in the 2015 draft instead.

So have we figured out a start date inwhich we should have the game and ready to go ?
If we start on first version will we do any trades that have taken place before our start date ?
Know I need to cough up 1st pick for anaheim. hopefully ea is up to date on release.

Game releases Sept. 10th. I'll give everyone about a week to pick it up.
First roster update will probably be around mid-October, so we'll be doing any necessary roster moves ourselves.
Just to let you know, we're keeping picks realistic, so the NJ GM is going to have to forfeit their 1st in 2014 as they are in real life. If you're cool with that, you can have them.

Hey Toronto, I need a favour, yep I am going to need to ask you to trade me Kessel so he can play with JT yep.
I have question. What do we do with Kovalchuk? he retired from the NHL and therefore is technically no longer property of NJ.
Haha, I have something else in mind but am waiting to see more on ratings first. Will PM you an offer in the coming weeks.
As for Kovy, don't think he'll be on the NJ roster. If he is, we'll figure something out.
If you have any interest in Clarkson, PM me something. I don't think people want Calgary because it would mean having to wait a few seasons before you'd have a good team.

Ney york rangers GM, wiling to downgrade in goal If the right incentives are met, upgrade on C or a scoring winger, would have to be a little of an over payment, but just thought I'd get the word out (and by downgrade I don't mean Lundqvist for Reimer lol).
